Dr. Sima Sadr, DDS (Dental Surgeon)

Dr. Sima Sadr is a fully qualified dentist from the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Sweden, one of the world’s leading medical universities and home to the Nobel Prize in Physiology, Medicine, Science and Economy.
After relocating to the UK, she established her practice and has been caring for patients in both the NHS and private sector since 1997. Passionate about her work, Dr. Sadr takes pride in creating smiles—often echoing Shakespeare’s words: “A smile cures the wounding of a frown.”
Dr. Jaff Barotian, General Dental Practitioner

Dr Jaff graduated from Umeå University in Sweden in 1997 and soon after moved to the UK, where he has worked as a dedicated general dental practitioner in both the NHS and private sector. His main area of interest is cosmetic dentistry, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
He lives in Eastbourne with his wife and, in his free time, enjoys travelling, reading, and watercolor painting.
Aron Parsa, Dental Hygienist

Aron Parsa qualified in Dental Hygiene from the Non-public Postsecondary College for Adults in Radom, Poland, in 2020. He is highly motivated and dedicated to preventive care, focusing on empowering patients to take charge of their oral health and gain confidence through a healthy smile.
Outside of work, Aron enjoys spending time with his family, dining out, and traveling with his wife.

Caitlin Mascord, Head Nurse

Caitlin began her career in dentistry at just 17, working in a small but busy practice in Hastings. She then joined a larger company, gaining experience across both its main and sister practices, before becoming Head Nurse at our practice in 2017.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys gaming and is an active member of the Battle Bonfire Boyes, where she helps organise and set off fireworks for events throughout the year.
Alina Baker, Dental Nurse

Alina has been working in dentistry since 2002 and qualified with the NEBDN in 2006. She joined Dental Care4U in 2019, where she has taken on both dental nursing and receptionist roles, enjoying the practice’s calm and friendly atmosphere.
Outside of work, Alina loves spending time with her family, especially her four grandsons who keep her busy and bring her joy. She also enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach, and taking mini breaks with her husband.

Mehdi Darbahani, Practice Manager

Mehdi Darbahani has been the foundation of our practice management for many years, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Peacehaven clinic. Married to Dr. Sadr for over 30 years, he combines professional dedication with a personal commitment to the practice.
A Sociology graduate from Stockholm University (1994), Mehdi also brings extensive experience supporting people with social needs, which has shaped his approachable and empathetic manner. As your first point of contact, he is dedicated to making every patient feel welcome and confident in the care they receive.
